Description
An implementation of the URIStreamFactory interface that handles Bundle (bndl) URIs for accessing resources stored in bundles.
The format of a bndl URI is:
bndl://<symbolic-name>/<resource-path>
Example: bndl://com.appinf.osp.sample-bundle/sample.txt
